Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your watch in its original presentation box and include all manuals, warranty cards, and any removed bracelet links.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once received at our service center, our technicians will inspect the timepiece for original condition before processing your refund to the original payment method.
